ALTAIR & ORION AT ST TROPEZ
A view of the 1989 Nioulargue from the 1931 Alden schooner "Puritan", as she led at the first mark. The 1930s Fife schooner "Altair" is leading the 1920 Camper & Nicholson built "Orion". The French fishing village of St. Tropez can be seen in the background. Limited Edition lithographs printed in Paris on heavy watercolour stock, in a minimum of 20 colours, with exceptional luminosity.
ASTRA AND MERRYMAID
Astra and Merrymaid are seen beating off the coast. They were both built by Camper & Nicholson.
BRITANNIA AND THE J FLEET OFF PLYMOUTH
Britannia leads the J Fleet off Plymouth - the big yachts had a spectacular summer in 1935, here seen racing off Plymouth.
BRITANIA, ALBERTA & VIGILANT
Britannia raced Vigilant in the summer of 1894, the racing was spectacular. The boats being well matched, Britannia the Kings yacht winning overall. Alberta is making for Southampton.
CROSS RIP RENDEZVOUS
The Cross Rip Light has been an important navigational aid to vessels in the treacherous shoals around Nantucket.
EVA OFF LA BELLOTTE, SWITZERLAND
Eva is seen off La Bellotte in company with another yacht of her class.
FLIRT ON LAC LE MAN, SWITZERLAND
Flirt is seen beating in Lac Le Man, behind her is a lateen rigged stone barge and the French side of the lake.
INDEPENDENCE
1901 - In company with other large class yachts, the scow Independence shows a fine burst of speed in her bid to defend in the 1901 America Cup Races.
NAVAJOE & ALBERTA OFF OSBORNE HOUSE ISLE OF WIGHT
Navahoe visited England in 1893 and had an exciting season of events with Britannia and the Big Class. Alberta the Royal Yacht is shown departing Osborne House for Southampton.

Royal Yacht Squadron yachts are shown taking the intricate "inner passage" to round the tip of Portland Bill.
